Legal Bases

Where we obtain consent for the processing of personal data, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR serves as the legal basis. For processing to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies. For legal obligations, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR applies, and for legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention Period

Personal data is deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply and no statutory retention obligations exist.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, Region West Europe (Netherlands, within the EU).

Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland

When visiting the website, the hosting provider automatically records so-called server log files. These contain: IP address, date and time of access, URL accessed, data transferred, browser type and version, referrer URL, and operating system.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Log files are deleted after a maximum of 30 days.

A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with Microsoft. Further information: privacy.microsoft.com

4. Email Communication

If you contact us by email, your transmitted data (email address, message content, and if applicable, name) will be stored and processed to handle your request.

Email processing is handled via Microsoft Exchange Online (Microsoft 365).

The contact form is submitted via the third-party provider Web3Forms.

Data processed: Name, email address, subject, message content

When the form is submitted, the entered data is transmitted to Web3Forms servers and forwarded to us as an email. Web3Forms does not store the data permanently.

The footer of this website contains a link to the LinkedIn profile of Filip Rogoza. This is a simple hyperlink without an embedded social plugin. When loading this website, no data is transmitted to LinkedIn. Only when you actively click the link and visit the LinkedIn page do the privacy policies of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company apply.

This website uses the fonts Inter and Fraunces. Both fonts are embedded locally via the npm package Fontsource and served from our own server. No data is transferred to external font providers (e.g., Google Fonts).
